Hope I'm adding correctly to this thread - sorry if not.
Aldi has reduced it eggs/bunnies etc.
I got their bunnies that look like the lindt ones - 29p for large ones, 29p for ones with what look like smarties type chocolates inside; packets of easter solid chocolates for 19p; packs of small rabbits (about 8 in each) 29p
Also M&S had small honeycomb or bubble bunnies reduced to 27p each.
There were lots of other reductions in both places too.
    Hope that helps someone.
Oh also the Aldi stuff I mentioned above is in date til 06/13 in the Preston store so useful for next Easter!

Well, I've been to our local big Tesco and the SA told me that they will be reduced tonight when the store closes at 6pm. So whats left at 6pm will be greatly reduced. She said they do that so that people who 'forgot' to buy yesterday for whatever reason can still buy a limited choice today and Tesco make money.

I need shopping tomorrow anyway so will look....:T:T:T
  • I got today in Tesco Shrewsbury:
a Kinder Egg decorate your own 4 kinder eggs (4 kinders and tubes of something to decorate them with) for £1.50 (was £6)
    Haribo sweets 28p a pack
    Malteaster bunnies 50p a pack

They did have big buckets of Haribo sweets with 50 mini bags of sweets i think it was for £2.50 (was £5). Also had a Double Decker egg with mug for £2.50, chocolate log roll for 38p, 24pc ferrero rocher for £4, green and blacks explorer kids egg for £1.50. Thats all i can remember! I do remember that the mint aero lambs were the same price at about 68p each i think

Asda, Cadbury creme eggs 6 pack for £1, 12 for £2, also 100g packs of mini eggs for 50p. Malteasters 28p each!
Bigger eggs at Mr Ts ans Sainsbobs were half 'original' price, so actually more expensive than they were before Easter!

I went to Sainsburys, Tesco and ASDA today. None had any eggs in at all! Only ASDA had anything chocolate and Easter related in - 100g bags of mini eggs for 50p and caramel bunnies. Nothing else! Not even empty shelves where the eggs had been. The seasonal aisles in all 3 were full of summer/bbq stuff.

I bumped into a friend who works there and she said they'd all sold out on sat eve!

Looks like the stores near me got their stock estimates right for once!
