The Competition will start at 09:30 Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT") on 28th February 2012 and end at 09:29 GMT on 5th March2012 (the "Competition Period").

The prize will consist of return flights to New York JFK airport for the winner and person of their choice including ESTA fees and travel insurance. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School holidays and Bank Holidays (UK & USA). Non-UK passport holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange at their own expense. UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner's responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. 12. The prize includes three nights' stay at the GEM Hotel in Chelsea for two people, this includes one queen room, on a room-only basis. Reservations are required and subject to availability.
13. The winner will also receive two places at a Stiletto Spy School/Mi6 Academy in New York. A female winner will be awarded two places at the Stiletto Spy School; a male winner will be awarded two places at the Mi6 Academy. As both of these schools are gender specific, the winner's guest must be of the same gender as the winner to participate in this part of the prize. In the event that the winner and the winner's guest are of different genders, the winner will be awarded one place at the relevant school, and Microsoft will provide substitute entertainment for their guest, but Microsoft makes no guarantees as to the nature or value of the substitute entertainment. Reservations for the Mission are required and date choice is based on availability. Please register no less than 15 days in advance. Once a Mission is reserved, your prize is non-transferable to another date.
14. No cash alternative or exchanges are available and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. All elements of the prize must be redeemed in conjunction with each other.
15. Flights, accommodation and the Stiletto Spy School/Mi6 Academy activity must be booked before the 30th April 2012. If bookings are not made before this time, the prize is defaulted by the winner and no alternative shall be offered. If one element is not booked before the 30th April 2012, all other elements are defaulted and cannot be used by the winner.
16. The travel portion of the prize is provided by Holidays which is operated by NDL, ATOL licence number 5475.
17. Prizes will be fulfilled by BMB Neon on behalf of Microsoft.

I can see My Moneybot being a bit disappointed if I win
