...the correct email address to err, email CCCS please?
(for when you are already a client and on a DMP with them)
My emails to them keep bouncing back as "undeliverable", but that could be because I'm attaching too many scanned letters and statements to them?
Well, only 2 attachments but they still don't get to them.
I'd rather put what I have to say in an email, and free the telephone helpline for someone who needs their advice.
Not that I don't, I'd just rather email them. I think after they've spoken to me even they turn to The Samaritans

Have you tried logging into your account and then going to contact us..that's how I email them? Good luck0

I didn't realise I could do it that way, still annoyed I can't email them though, but job done thanks to you :beer:
I had to cut 'n' paste bits from my original email and ended up sending them 2 separate enquiries as you can only attach one attachment per query, but again, job done.
