It's up to you what you include as a spend and what you don't - see the first few posts on the first page for ideas.
For example, I don't include all the individual days direct debits come out my bank account - I transfer money on payday and count this as my spend (I have 19 all spread over different days, so I'd never get anywhere!) but other people do.
There are tricks to gaining extra NSDs - eg if you have bus fares every day, put the money aside on a Monday so that would be a spend day, but the rest of the week wouldn't.
Some people don't include essentials like petrol and say a weekly shop, while others do. Others include everything they spend .... it's really up to you and to help you cut down on the areas where you "waste" money (I was a nightmare for buying a Star*bucks in the staff canteen every day!). HTH:)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
2016 Sell: £125/£250
£1,000 Emergency Fund Challenge #78 £3.96 / £1,000Vet Fund: £410.93 / £1,000

No. 4 please
I have followed my mother's day tradition of staying in and avoiding supermarkets (incase I trip on a bunch of flowers and break my neck), plus I cycled about 25 miles yesterday so I can hardly move.
I may run out of milk, but I have wine
Lots of love to all those folk who no longer have a mother (Tis a tough day)
