I havn't come accross any company that hire's printers, they are soo cheap even for all in ones just buy them and chuck them if they die.
Companies lease all sorts of IT hardware but as I said before unless you want a £10000 digital coppier then it isnt worth it just buy an inexpensive one.0 -
I agree you can pick up a cheap HP printer/scanner/copier now in Tesco for £32.97 and the cartridges can be picked up online for about £7 for colour and £6 for black (not the official hp ones of course!).
Otherwise, you could just use your local libary.Lightbulb Moment: Feb 2007

There are thousands of companies that lease coppiers. If you want I can put you in contact with a guy I have delt with in the past they lease Toshiba kit and it is really good and can do anything if you want it to.
copy, b+w or colour
scan to pc
fax
reproduce booklets including sort and stapple
It all depends on how much you want from the machine, they also maintain them and have an office down near the dartford crossing The guy I use is based near Nottingham and sorted us out a few good deals. pm me for more details BTW I don't work for the company0
