Hi All
I am thinking of making a creamy paneer but obviously this is not the kind of thing you generally have lying around...however, I do have some halloumi. Do you think I would be able to substitute it? The paneer is going to be covered in an indian sauce so I guess it is more for texture rather than flavour
Thanks

I find apetina cheese a fab paneer substitute as well, or feta soaked in water to remove the saltiness and strong flavour in fact I find these closer to real paneer than the prepackaged paneer you can buy xx0
