Just spotted this on HotUKDeals:adrianr wrote:Buy any greetings card (from 50p) and it allows you to buy a £15 giftcard for £10.
The small print doesn't mention stamps being exempt from gift card purchases, and WH Smiths have a 5% off stamps promo.
Therefore, if you buy 3 books of 12 1st class stamps it only costs £11.22 (incl birthday card) rather than £16.56

The photobucket link takes you to a receipt so I guess that should verify this.
Here is the original post though I don't know if it's much helpful as the HUKD-ers appear to be arguing amongst each other mostly.0

They are definitely giving 5% off at Superdrug on 2nd class stamps too - I questioned this with the SA the other day.0

The Superdrug in Queensgate Peterborough are definately doing 5% off both 1st and 2nd class stamps; I know as I got 3 books of each.
I also asked how long for and I was told until early April. So as I've used a bookfull already (selling on ebay) I'll be getting a load more soon.
P.S. you don't need to buy anything else to get this offer.0

            Today I got 8 books of 12 (1st class) = £41.92 and 2 books of 12 (2nd class) = £8.20
 Total: £50.12
I believe Superdrug have been doing this for several years now just before April !! 0 0

This week`s weekly email suggests stamps may be bought at a discount at Superdrug. My local store this morning told me the offer ended on Mother`s day......0

Offer still on at Superdrug - although are they really going up, or is it just a ploy to make us all stock up on stamps. I have enough for 18 months now - don't send many cards and will defintely be using e cards more now.Food and Smellies Shop target £50 pw - managed average of £49 per week in 2013 down to £38.90 per week in 20160
