im in need of a little help in what to do next.
Basically I've found the flat I want to buy,but am a first time buyer.
The property is £95,000 and I can get around £20,000 as a deposit.
Im self-employed and have my last 3 years accounts(around £30,000 p.a).Ive checked expedia and my credit rating was 999.
Ive also called which? mortgage and they're going to call me back in couple of days.
What next?
What things should I ask the advisor?
any help would be appreciated!:)

Sounds like your mrotgage should fly through based on affordability.
Your advisor should explain everything. But things to think about do you want a fixed mortgage or variable, how many years do you want the mortgage to be over - its very much affordable by the looks of it so it may be that you can do it over a shorter term if you want that.
A lot of advisors will sell you life and critical illness cover or atleast try to...you should also think about income protection.
Its hard to say what you should ask, the advisor should explain most things to you. Just ask if you dont understand something...and dont think im not asking because its a daft question, i can promise you he will have heard a thousand worse questions :P
Ask what their fee is, im not sure what or if they charge.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
