Hi
Thinking of getting a new garage door and was wondering if there's any scrap value in the old up and over metal door?
I would be paying for the installers to dispose of the original door
thanks

Yes there could be. It would only amount to about £5-£10, but if it is just as handy to take it to a scrap merchant than the council damp, it is probably worth it. I do not think any scrap merchant would pay you to call for it.
Aren't some of these doors aluminium? You might get more for those.0 -
I would have thought a quick phone call to scrap dealer would enlighten you.0
