Belfast Met or Lisburn SERC?

I have a relative working at Belfast Met and they firmly recommend Lisburn ( or anywhere else for that matter ). Their description of Belfast Met is disorganised, sterile, staff demotivated and Titantic is very difficult to get to and from with expensive car parking too. It may be that other colleges face the same challenges at present but there are clearly problems at Titanic Quarter.
