I heard about a scheme on You and Yours on Radio 4 today called 'slivers of time'. Web address is https://www.sliversoftime.com I have registered out of interest, but am interested if anyone has heard of the scheme, used it, and what they think of it. Seems the only downside I can see is that it is backed by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (John 'I dare you to throw that egg at me' Prescott)
