Morning everyone. Hope you are all OK and sounds like the money making is going well. Had a hectic week between work and family (nothing bad - just busy), so not had chance to get on the laptop much. I have MSE withdrawel!! :rotfl:

Anyhow, adding £50.49 made from ebay sales over the weekend. Need to work out profits from a couple more sales to add to that a bit later. I had sold another £36 via 2 items but both buyers have not paid and as 6 days have passed I have opened NPB cases. Drives me nuts when people do that.........but that's Ebay I suppose.

Off to check out SB's as not been on there for 5 days.

Congratulations to those with new jobs too.
  • Just ordered my 4th amazon voucher of the month from sw@gbucks.

Nearly at the £5 payout for gifthulk but think I'll wait for the £10 again as it 'costs' less per pound.

Really need to start sending out job application in earnest now as my current contract ends at the end of June:eek:. Time to dust off the CV, I hate updating my CV (I have about 6 versions for different types of jobs and they all need updating).

    Hi folks,

    Got £6.50 today for MS!

Feel dreadful though. Have had a cough for last 3 weeks and feel like I have flu, the children as well. DH made me phone docs for appointment. Prob is, the car's brakes are knackered, so bit worried about driving there (2 miles away so bit far for kids to walk).

Moneyspider, I am sure you'll prove to be an asset, and there will be room for progression to a more suitable role.

Have a good day all. I'm just going to go and splutter and cough my lungs up and look in dismay at my untidy house, and the washing piling up (Washing machine broken too-good job i'm making £10 a day on this challenge!!)

    SFG x

  • Morning all,

So not a lot happening on the money making front. OH paid me back another £50 on Sunday so he's down to just £700 now.

Still waiting on a Fleabay payment - ended 5 days ago and I've sent an invoice. When would you raise a non-payment thing?

Got a better quote for old DVDs - and extra £4 or so. Only problem is that it needs courier collection and they only do during the week. I'm hoping my grandmother will let me leave it with her though this coming weekend, which will be another thing out the house!

Other than that, there's not a lot going on. Forgot S&S upload last night which is annoying.

Apologies for the slightly garbled message :-S

Hope you are all enjoying the lovely weather :)

So pleased. It's casual as well which is perfect for me, she said she'd ring me and see which I wanted to do then pass the rest on to everyone else. I told her I'm only looking for a few shifts a week so it ties in perfect for me :)

Yippee, extra pennies in the sweetpea household for a few months :)

Just catching up with the thread - well done Sweets! :T
