Lol Monkey i've gone bashful again now. Don't know why cos no one can see me :o :rotfl:

Erm, yes it's me that said I was in a pub :o seamt the best thing to say with it being an evening type job. Do apologise, I didn't really expect myself to last this long hence didn't seem any point putting myself 'out there' and coming clean on the thread. Seem to be doing quite well with it though so fingers crossed :o

My first week I ended up in tears, just couldn't hack it at all. But then ended up laughing it off and seeing the other side of it. DH is okay with it, I made sure he was completely comfortable with it first as I didn't want to upset him. Turns out the company have a gay line as well, so bless him I made him join up with that and he's been earning £20-30 a week extra (the gay lines are alot quieter) but it's all extra money and he's even threatening to take me away for my birthday weekend in the summer with his money :D

We don't make our pay rates, the company make them for you. You get Xp per hour but it does add up over the course of a week. My first week I only did a few hours on the Friday and made £22. My second week I did £70, third week £102 and this week again I will get £102. I'm sort of 'on it' now though and want to try for £200 this week :D

It's ok hun don't worry about asking me questions, just glad you're not all pelting me with rotten tomatoes :o

Is it a different site that you're working for than Nat then, as you set your own rates don't you?
Do you have set times that you have to be 'on duty' for.
That's some dedication there from your OH doing the gay lines! How funny. I can just imagine both your phones ringing so you popping into different rooms in the house, then meeting back up on the sofa afterwards and comparing men :rotfl::rotfl:
So pleased you've found it's working for you though.

    Hi everyone :)

Well Done sweetpeas (and your OH too of course :D) and nat21luv :) - I have been testing the water with OH on this one. Like Monkeynuts its definitely something i'd try - i might be rubbish at it though :o :rotfl::rotfl:

I don't think OH is really happy about it though. Although if things carry on and i can't find a new job then this could help out alot.

We have been through alot - as many have i guess and i don't think i've popped it on here. We bought a house together (at the top of the market :() Moved in and before the insurance payment went out to protect income against redundancy i was made redundant and wouldn't have been covered because i hadn't paid x number of premiums :( OH's work was also quiet. My debt came mainly from these years when i struggled to pay my half of the bills - Moneyspider made me think about things the other day. Me and my fella pay half each to the bills and did this even when i wasn't earning enough to cover my part of the mortgage let alone everything else  OH earns substantially more than me and still we pay half each to everything. I used to be on a good wage doing a job i like and its so hard to find something and to even get anywhere near that level of income now. Although i'd be happy doing a job i like / don't mind with enough coming in to cover bills and have a little to put aside for rainy day fund and a little just to be able to have the odd meal out with friends rather than always saying no because i can't afford it :(

What it has made me realise typing all this is that i am responsible for my own income and meeting payments on my own bills so it really is up to me what job i do to do that :)

Sorry if i've bored everyone by the way :p

Yes hun it's a different company. Nat's company you set the rate you want, I think it's a much bigger company. You're self employed so log on when you want. They only pay out once you reach £10 though but first week I thought ar no I bet I don't even reach pay out.. £100 later :D

I know bless him.. I thought it might help me feel more comfortable if I could have a laugh with him about it. First call he took he was shaking like a leaf and ended up white as a sheet. We run in separate rooms if we get calls together, otherwise we're comfy enough to sit in the room if the other is on a call now. Hard not to laugh sometimes though :o

DDFW, you should definitely look at it as a viable option. It's just a job at the end of the day like any other, and as me and Nat have proven it's well worth the money :o x

Done it again where I natter on but don't actually update!

£10 voucher from S&S arrived at the weekend, as did £3 LVs from PC.
And £5 Amazon form Swaggers popped into my inbox today too.

Which leaves me 5 days to try and make another £1.32 :p :j

Earned 202 Swagbucks today too :T So was able to redeem another £5 and still have over 100 left. (And was all my effort as my only referral is my OH, which is usually me as well ;) )
Hope that didn't sound bragging, didn't mean it that way, I was just pleased as when I saw the target was 120 today, I didn't think I'd be able to do it as none of the Special Offers, other than the videos, seem to be crediting in the last few days. I've emailed them so will see what they say, but it means all my points have been having to come in tiny dribs and drabs from SBTV, and 1 SB videos etc. Luckily had 2 trusted surveys today though, otherwise I'd have been at SBTV all the live long day

    Morning all :)

Its been a few days since i last posted, been busy over the weekend and also been rather poorly, so not been online to reply much.

Firstly ((((( Sweets ))))) :T Congrats on your enterprising 2nd Job!! and wow at your OH taking it on too! Like others have said No judgement here, as long as your comfortable doing it, its no one elses business :)

Got lucky at the carboot and bought some gold for £3, scrapped it in for £136 :D:D:D:D:D:D, but Shhhhhh OH doesnt know about that.

Speaking of OH he had to go on a training course last week staying away from home, he hated being alone, and has come back a bit more lovey dovey than before he went. I think its done him some good to be on his own.
For whoever asked about our relationship, its not really a relationship any more, more like 2 people living in a house together:o Ive told him many times that we need to "sort things out" between us, or split, he always says we'll sort things out and he doesn't want us to split up, but nothing changes, its been like this for proberly 3 years now.
We get along well and rarely argue, but theres no sex, twice last year!! the problems in the relationship go much deeper than money. its complicated to say the least!

I do feel responsible for him, he moved cities to be with me, and he hasnt got any family to speak of, so if we did split he'd basically be alone. I believe this is partly the reason we are still together.

Im only 35, hes 38, so its not like were an older couple who have already had lots of fun times and are slowing down now.

Although i dont want to give up on an 11 year relationship, if things dont start to change, we will have to split so we can both move on. I'll see how things are over the next couple of months, but he doesnt seem to think theres a major problem to sort out!

Opps ~ Just spotted the time im going to be late on the school run  bbl
Edit : LOL, i dont want my relationship troubles taking over the thread, maybe i should get a diary!! :o

    To do list today :
Need to get a CV of sorts together asap! theres a job going at subway and the hours are perfect for me, but they want a CV !

    Parcel to post office.

Get some ebay listings done, only managed to relist over free weekend :(
