property split on separation

I have just split from my husband of 35 years and I need some advice on my entitlements
I have moved out of the marital home which is mortgage free and am currently renting a flat
Another woman has moved in with my husband
The marital home is valued at £150000 and there is probably about £12000 worth of contents
My husband has initially agreed to give me £70000 for my share of the property
He recently inherited about £60000 following the death of his mother of which he has put into a bank account in his own name and retained all
Can anyone advise on the best course of action to ensure that I can settle and receive what I am entitled to

The Marriage/Families board may be a better place to post this;-
