Popped in yesterday morning and picked up 4 boxes, only had a tenner on me and needed some veg too. My kitties thought it was Christmas, the first mealtime all 4 have eaten together peacefully. May pick up some more over the weekend.0

Loads at the front of the store in Wrexham Extra, clearly displaying the promo. Picked up 4 boxes of the poultry selection (otherwise the cat stinks to high heaven!) and parents have been sent with the £5 off £40 spend voucher for shopping on Saturday and to top it up with Whiskas if needed!
Thank you Tesco, one happy moggie!Re-embracing the Money Saving Way of Life after a little lapse!0 -

No con in my local...I picked up eight boxes. Even had the cat's favourite flavour!Val.0 -
Sorry to sound bah humbug and I do buy these now and then if very cheap or special flavours (my kitten adores the Oh So range) but the pouches work out so expensive - even at half price, they still work out more expensive than the tins - think how expensive they are at usual price. The pouches are a rip off as far as I'm concerned and generate lots of waste for landfill too....tins can be recycled so not only cheaper but more environmentally chummy....Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -

Same here - tins are only economical if your cat will actually eat them - tried giving my cat tinned food once and she wouldn't touch it, rest of the tins ended up going to the local cat charity.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Oh yes, and my Tesco had NOT restocked the pouches in gravy today either, so I left empty handed once more.
I am considering doing an online shop ( which comes from the big Tesco in Blackpool) but don't know if I want to pay a delivery charge in case they substitute all my items with meat in jelly which then have to be returned.Living with Lupus is like juggling with butterflies0 -

You can select no substitutes and then they will just telephone you if there is no stockBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I did an order online, there is a £5 off £40 spend floating if you use it by the 4/03/12, if you are planning on getting that much anyway, which would cover the delivery cost and i just put a comment in the box that any subs should be any other whiskers in jelly pouches (my cat it the opposite of yours!) Getting the delivery today, so will let you know how it goes, not really looking forward to the delivery driver turning up with 25 boxes of cat food!0
