A couple of additions following the recent amendments to Scottish bankruptcy law:
MAP - Minimal Asset Process - this replaces the previous LILA (Low Income Low Asset) scheme as a route into bankruptcy for those who meet the relevant criteria.
NB Please don't take out LILA just yet, as there may be queries from people who still haven't been discharged from theirs!
BADA(S) - Bankruptcy and Debtors Act (Scotland) - this is the new legislation that brought in changes including the above. Unlikely to be used that often, but it's such a great acronym that it would be a shame to waste it...
