Were the replies any worse than your chants of THIEVES?
Another member of the "i made a rubbish choice so it must be someone else's fault" brigade.
Don't want opinions? Then don't post on a forum.0 -
Thieves as in banks are thieves, companies who can draw as much money out of you as possible are thieves. I was an irresponsible buyer but they were also an irresponsible lender and looking back on the interest amount over the whole term, I don't know why I ever agreed to it.
I did make a rubbish choice and I acknowledged that but I came on the forum to try and find a way to save money.0 -

Did they force you to use their services?
Banks can sometimes charge excessive fees if they can get away with it, but they are a private organisation and are there to make a profit. Hardly thieves and you need to accept full responsibility as an adult for taking out the loan.
Posters have given you several ways to save money, if you consider the bank to have been irresponsible to give you your current loan though I doubt they will give you a second loan.
You need to cut back on expenditure and try to pay off the loan as quick as possible, this should save you significant amounts of interest.0 -

What I'm saying is that like everyone, I'm trying to save money by cutting my monthly repayments.
I think I'll just increase the repayments and reduce the interest that way.
I don't know about the T&Cs of your loan but make sure you check there are no penalties for overpaying, I'm sure I've read previous info on here about Creation Loans.
Have you tried your bank btw?0 -
...but good luck whatever happens!
Actually after the "thieves" comment of yours, I withdraw my well wishes. Ironically it would appear that luck, rather than critical thinking, will now be your guide
