Hi,
I am new to this PPi stuff and am also confused?
Took out HP on car...way back...but, have been told to request refund anyway to see what happens?
Hire Purchase company have written back stating that..."they do not offer Insurance of any kind". They also state that I........ "should take up the matter with the relevant Insurance Provider"?
I actually wrote to the Hire Purchase Company (who have either been taken over or have changed their name..whatever!!!). So next question is....how do I find out who the insurers were, or should the Hire Purchase Company provide me with these details?
cheers for any help!
