Account no longer managed by debt collection agency

Should I be worried by this?
Had a letter from capital one today to tell me that the account is no longer being managed by a debt collection agency.
It has been returned to capital one and payments should be made to them.
Any ideas why?
Balance is 650

Usually because they weren't able to get money out of you, so it's not been worth their while, or an advice agency has started acting on your behalf and you're a vulnerable customer...
Could be all sorts of reasons really. Not particularly uncommon though.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
