Is the mid march date your going by the one stated on the agreement? ie. You actually recieved the goods mid april. From experience i know that the cash price date to be paid without interest charges is about 4 weeks prior to the exact 12 month period ending.
It was just a thought, you may be fully aware of course, seen as you seem to have really thought your plan through.
I have to admit it sounds like it may be for very little gain, excluding your want to have the money visable in your account. I would personally rather know i had no debt to pay, even if it isn't for another 12mths, and be able to save for savings sake than know my bank balance wasn't a true reflection of my cash assets.
Will keep an eye out to see how you fair.My debt- £762.17
OH's debt- Est £16000

yes is going on the agreement.... to be paid by 17th March to pay no interest on the goods......
Saving for savings sake really isnt the idea here we have a seperate savings account where we add a set amount each month arguably it should possibly be used to pay off something else but its working for us at the moment .... this money always was and always will be to pay this debt ... maybe im wrong in extending this for a further 12 months time will tell xxOn the road to financial freedom.... one MSE penny at a time....:T0
