Does anyone here work as a Passenger Service Agent for an airline and can tell me what hours are worked on a shift bases of 20 hours per week, please

Previously worked as PSA - shifts can vary between the airlines depending on schedules. Our early shift started at 5am and lates finished about 10pm. P/T staff tended to work 5x4hour shifts - approx 6-10am or 4-8pm to cover the busiest times - weekends were different. I worked jobshare so did the full 5am-1pm / 6am-2pm / 1pm-9pm or 2pm-10pm but 2 of us shared a full time position.0
