Leather jacket repair

Hi guys,
I bought a leather jacket a few months ago and the lining is starting to come apart. The supplier (soul revolver) recommended someone on the mainland but it was £100 to get relined (and yes, Im very disappointed that the supplier wasn't interested that their £250 jacket was falling apart so soon!). Can anyone recommend a local company who can remove the crap lining in this jacket and put something sturdy in there?
Thanks

If it's really a few months then I think you're probably in the "not of merchantable quality" part of the Sale of Goods Act.
Your contract is with the seller it's up to them to put it right. Unless they drew your attention to something which was going to lead to this, at the point of sale...
If "a few months" is less than 6, then so far as I know, it would be up to them to prove that problems were not due to a fault.
"putting it right" could involve a replacement, refund or repair, depending on what you want and what is reasonable (for example, it's probably not reasonable to demand a refund if you've got some months of wear and repairs are possible).
Did they say why they would not repair/replace the jacket for you?0
