Anyone had dealings with these guys, clear4cash.com. I saw them advertising on the Sendit.com website, which is a respected trader of DVDs etc...

All feedback welcome, good and bad.

I would be vary wary of these people they only have an email as a point of contact, no phone number address or any other way of contacting them,

The reason i say this is, i sent them a few items over 2 weeks ago as they were quoting a much higher value than the others and they "STILL" haven't sent my money a little under £40.00.

I sent them an email yesterday twice and still no reply, seems i may have been stitched up they have my old DVD's and all i have is a couple of texts saying i would recieve my money shortly..... :mad::mad:

If i still haven't heard by this time next week (that'll be 3 weeks) and not the 5 days they claim, i'm going to report them to the Police and reporting the mfor fraud not that they will be interested i expect,

I've been wary of every one of these companies. The whole Idea that if you send something that they deem too damaged to sell on, then they will recycle it rather than offer to send it back. I've read many times, people have sent stuff to these places and been told "oh, X book was damaged so you'll only get this much now".

Well I used the site at the start of last month and apart from having to ask where my money was, everything went well. They paid the money owing into my account following an email. Had a swift reply to first email, money was in account that day!

However sent them a second batch over a week ago £200.00 worth of CD's according to their vaulation, boxes were picked up as arranged however no payment as I write.

No reply to 4 emails, they are clearly a very dubious site, they failed to pick up another order on Friday 4th March, again no reply to emails.

These guys should clearly be avoided at all costs, they give all the appearance of a well run operation, text messages etc. Looking back were they are simply too good to be true? Why pay out on the first order?

They are all a very badly organised company, or a fraud? Where to go now?

Hi, I have had two parcels pickup, the first I got a email to say the cheque would be with me within 5/7 days. that was 3weeks ago. the second was picked up but have not yet had any comfirmation. I sent a email but no reply.
I would be very warry of this site,

Sorry to hear you have also had problems with them at least they paid me some money! Spoke to Trading Standards today and they said the first payment was to get me to send them more 'stock'.

The company is registered in LA so the UK can't close it down but as they never picked up my parcel last Friday they said they most likely have stopped trading and cut and run!

Have tried to write a review on 'Trust Pilot' to warn people but the site will not let me! So they have just under £200.00 worth of my CD's/DVD's what else to do? Guess just warn as many people as possible!

What makes me really angry is there is nothing anyone can do to close the site down! All the good reviews are there but its a complete sham!

I sent 104 items to clear4cash on 28th Feb2012 and am still awaiting payment which they said would be 5 days.Anyone got any idea of an email address for them please? I hope I have'nt been a victim of a scam!! They did text me to say I would be paid soon the day after the items were received by them-but so far no other communication from them and I have no way of contacting them. Any help would be gratefully received. Thanks.

How strange, it seems I owe these guys an apology! Yesterday out of the blue I recieved a reply to my previous 3 emails regarding non payment for items. After 2 weeks I had assumed I would never get a reply nevermind the money.

The email from Clear4Cash customer support promised payment into my bank account within 48 hours! Just checked my account and the money was paid in yesterday!

Not sure if I would use them again but pleased they sorted out the payment. Very pleased!
