You haven't offended anyone. I was just pointing out that on 1 thread your salary was x amount and another thread it was a different amount.
Now you say your basic pay is 30 to 35k it might mean things would be different if you were on 40k but im not an expert.0 -
no you have not but think about it a bit the house must be unmorgageable to need that amount of work. if not then judge if the spending of a 100k will improve the houses value by that amount. the thing with your dad sounds complicated br careful.0
