Surprised to find so many orders for Weber Barbecues and Alexander Rose Garden Furniture over the weekend. A genuine human error by one of our Admin people - we'll be in touch on Monday via email to all those affected.

Important Message

Thank you for the order you placed over the weekend with Garden XL.

Unfortunately, an administrative error on Friday afternoon meant some
of our prices were set to a very low cost - or even zero.

The number of orders for these items spiraled due to Facebook, Twitter
and posts on online forums around the web. We've had some 15,000
orders placed within 24 hours, and as a relatively small online
retailer we don't have the inventory to fulfill these orders.

We're in the process of cancelling all of these orders today. We're
extremely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Your card has not been charged
We do not take money until we despatch goods, therefore we will not be
charging your card. However, an authorisation would have been placed
on your card when you placed your order and this will now be lifted by
your card provider. Some banks can take several days to do this. To
confirm, your card has not and will not be charged.

Prize Draw at 5pm
As a gesture of goodwill, we've put two stunning Leisuregrow Gas
Barbecues with an RRP of £379 into a prize draw. All customers who
ordered this weekend have the chance to win, and the first two order
