hi all
just a quick query if anyone can help re. my equifax credit report. I had a text this morning to say there had been new activity on one of my accounts. I logged in and it says 'There has been a change to the Caution Flag status on the following account.' and under the account flag it says 'gone away' Does anyone know what this means? I still owe money on the account nothing has changed so I'm a bit confused
Thanks in advance!!

means you have moved leaving an account without giving creditors a new address. if thats not true then you need to challenge that being reported on your file.0

You need to call them up to cancel. I did exactly the same thing (free trial via topcashback) and cancelled it on 29th day of a 30-day trial lol.
They'll probably talk you into adding something to your account which is free for one year, then when you forget you have it, it will cost £2.99 a month... I've got it marked down in my diary so I don't forget
Absence is as important as abundance.0
