i sent my vouchers of straight away with 1st class sae and have not received my tickets.
when should i receive them at very latest and is there somewhere to enquire if they don't turn up ?

Sorry to disappoint you. I did that a couple of years back and my application was binned. Sorry.

Did you put another stamp inside though?

I posted on Saturday and I received today (Thurs) but we didn't want school holidays. We got our first or second choice (can't remember) for sun 13th May. We kinda wanted a weekday but that's OK.

We have a 3 year old. Now three year olds are free at Alton Towers. However, will we need to get a ticket for her? If so I guess this will mean queuing up at the ticket office on the morning?

ps. For those asking for specific dates, I believe (know someone who worked on it a bit ago) that specific date bands get given to a certain staff member/s and that they have x number of tickets for each day and they have to marry up people to tickets and that for some dates they don't have any tickets at all or they are already gone and they are paid to do it as quickly as possible so if they don't have the ticket for specific requests in front of them they allocate within the band with what they do have.
