Anyone been scammed by this site??
We have!!.....unfortunately we have been taken in by a free trial where they ask for your credit card details for postage costs of £2.99.
MBNA credit card statement came through today and now we've been charged £74.99!!
It would appear Creamskincare have been billing thousands of others unknowingly!
Try Goggle and thousands of complaints about this company.
The product was Phone number is dead and I'm sure our details the have been sold onto another company.
The product advertised on Facebook is called Perfect Radiance.
MBNA have put a block on our card as it would appear many people in the US have had been charged repeatedly!
Don't know whether MBNA can recover money as our insurance only covers theft/loss.
This is really fraud by false representation by false advertising. I doubt whether Police can deal if I report this.

There is a thread in the Vents and Warnings Board about this scam and explains how to cancel and get your money back. Loads of folk seem to have been stung.0

I have also fallen prey to this scam. I sent for a 'free' sample of skin care, received this and didn't hear any more from this company. I did not sign up to any contract or agreement and have discovered that they have been taking money from my credit card account totalling over £300 so far. I have not received any further products. I have contacted my bank but they say they cannot stop payments until it goes to their disputes department which may take some time. The telephone number I have for this company is unobtainable. If this carries on I will be in severe financial difficulties as I am retired and don't have a big income. Even if I did have a contract or agreement with them, they are not fulfilling it as I am not receiving any goods. How do I get in touch with this company? Feeling desperate.0
