Wondered if anyone could help me, i want to write to my bank regarding charges, i have spoke to them on the phone but they say they won't refund the charges i have, only £50 which will be applied in March, this is the first time i have been charged for going over my overdraft in 8years.
I really want avoid be charged if possible.
Any help would be great.
