This is a vicious ruse and I'm surprised so many people are falling for it.

I strongly suspect that 'Homeless' is indeed a Northerner. What he wants is for all southerners to be absent from these boards at the same time. For many hours, we Southerners would guzzle our treble gin & tonics, toast the rising house prices in the South, boast about how much rental income we receive, compare fat salaries/bonuses........

Meanwhile, these boards will be free to be littered by inane pessimistic posts from Northerners who think 'House Inflation' has something to do with blowing up a bouncy castle. Do we want the cut and thrust of economic debate to descend to discussions about the price of Whippets?

Those who do wish to go, then go. Best thing to do is drive. You can always find a space in Bedford Hill. Just drive up and down slowly until you find a space.....
