I too am getting a few messages from the above product testing, have tried to check it out and not found anything to confirm either way as yet

Its a data harvester run by a company called Submission Technology Ltd. Whether you will actually receive anything but spam, calls, emails and letters advertising stuff isn't clear.

After filling in a load of rubbish, the form signs you up with another of
Paul Knapps companies called free20quid.com This in turn is linked to another of his companies Cashback.co.uk

This rewards program (the "Rewards Program") is an online service provided by Cashback.co.uk.

However, an aim of this company is to harvest then sell your personal information so you can receive lots and lots and lots of emails, texts, phone calls and letters from any company that buys his list of your data that you so eagerly handed over for absolutely no purpose at all.

Wonder how they "select" the third parties? is it based on the ability to pay?

A number of product testers will be selected each month dependent on the campaign requirements.

The magic word in that sentence is dependent. And this month they may have no campaign requirements. Maybe the company would like to actually state how many ipads or iphones have been handed out for testing.
