And OH NO....my £2 has been broken.....I had to buy a stamp for the bl**dy electric bill of all things! If I had bought a nice chocolate bar or something it wouldn't have been so bad but....the electric bill?? Pah!
Anyway I sent it second class!
So for me today....23p spends! And I resisted buying a top for £5 in the local (to my work) independent clothes shop...but I might go back on PayDayBank Balance: In the black for the moment.

I was planning on just buying lunch from Boots - which will be repaid by my company as I'm working away from home still and then getting a magazine to read at lunch since there's no internet to amuse myself.
When I left the shop I realised that I should have paid 2.99 + 1.20 = 4.19 but the sales assistant somehow put in that I paid with a twenty pound note and a two pound coin - so I only paid 2.19 and will get 2.99 back from my company - so technically made a few pennies!0 -
Hello!
Hugs to Pap, Moozie, Living In Hope and anyone else feeling fed up or ill today xxx
I've just spent 20p on 2 packets of batter mix (for pancakes) in Asda - was going to buy flour but as I don't bake EVER it would have just gone to waste, and the small packs of Smart Price batter mix were 10p each!
The pancakes were lovely too - we had savoury ones to start with (layers of pancake, tuna mixture with onions and herbs, pancake, cheese, pancake, more tuna mixture, then another pancake), then normal pancakes with lemon and sugar for dessert.....we're a bit pancaked out now lol!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
