DLA form

:hello: hi all im a newbie here
heres my story....
at the moment im getting DLA as i have CRPS also known as RSD in my right hand arm n shoulder anyway im on numerous medications and cannot do everyday tasks what i should be easily doing
cutting a very long story short i have had a DLA form come through the post its a review and im a bit worried and concerned because people i know have said that DLA r cracking down hard when it comes to claiming reviewing etc
just wondering if any one as any good tips for filling out the form..??..i was told to base all questions on ur bad days...am stuck in need of help please :mad::mad::mad:

Fill in the form truthfully - if you base your answers on bad days only, it is fraudulent. You should detail a typical day, and then put 'on worse days X happens and these occur z times a week/month'.

ive heard that dla r either keeping peoples money the same rising it lowering it or only paying the benefit for a certain ammount of time
should i send information about my illness because its rare and not known about much
