Letter from Insolvency Service

Hi guys
I recieved a letter from The Insolvency Service today which says that shortly my file will be transferred to the regional trustee and liquidator unit. The RTLU will deal with any assets remaining in your estate and payments that may be made to your creditors.
Now what does this letter mean? We rent, had no savings or anything like that so didn't/don't have any assets.
Interestingly enough, even though my husband also went bankrupt the same time I did, he hasn't got one of these letters.
The only IPA I have is my nil tax code and my husband doesn't have an IPA as he's on JSA.
I'm a bit worried about this letter. Can anyone shed some light on it?
Sarah

nothing to worry about at all, happens to many cases, it is just a differnt office in the Insolvency ServiceHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -
Some cases go to RTLU, some don't. Sometimes the reason is obvious, sometimes it seems a bit random which do.
As said, nothing to worry about. Just another office that takes over the admin of some matters from your local OR.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
