reclaiming mortgage fees

After reading the article, I used the form provided to contact my mortgage company. I had to remortgage following a divorse. Asked for refund on administration fees. Received letter this morning. C&G are refunding £130 + £14.04 interest, a total of £149.04! Many thanks Martin, it will come in very handy!!!!!!!
