The top up TV thing has been going for a few years now. Are you thinking of the new Sky service, in which case you have to get the box from Sky

The freeview website says that i can recieve some channels, all of the ITV's all of 5's, E4, More 4 and a few more, however they are all really pixelly and unwatchable and the signal strength is about just over half-way, is there anyway i can make it so i can recieve these pictures well?

It's really annoying because i don't see why i can't get it, i don't live in a far out place, and most of the other people i know can get it!!!!

I would recommend calling out an aerial installer to check your system over.
Where are you located, I may be able to recommend somebody reasonable?
