Income and outgoings on application
I'm about to apply for a £20 - £25 k loan from Nationwide,they advertise it at 8%.
On filling in the form they ask for my mortgage payments, I have 3 rental properties and my own home so 3 buy to lets and a repayment.
The 3 rental incomes I get cover all 4 mortgages with a windfall of £296 per month, so in essence I don't pay a mortgage as such.
How do I fill in the Nationwide application form on this ?
Many thanks

Surely the form will have an outgoings section (your mortgages + credit cards, loans etc) and an income section (wages + rental income). I am fairly sure Nationwide will be able to work out the Maths from that...0
