I Wanna Buy 2nd Hand IPad (1st Gen or 2nd) - Where is best place??

I am looking to buy a 2nd hand ipad for my son's birthday - doesn't matter if its 1st generation or IPad 2 and 16gb would be fine. Where is the best place to buy these with good warranties? I've looked on Apple on their refurbished site as they give a one year guarantee which is great. There is also Smartfonestore but they only do 60 days warranty. I would rather use Apple because of the longer warranty but they never seem to be in stock? Can anyone else recommend reliable stockists. Thank you

Seems like you have already done your homweork.

Only thing I would add is the warranties apply to the device rather than the owner I believe. So if you buy a 2ndhand less than a year old (say on ebay from an individual) you still get the warratny up to the original purchase anniversary. You can an additional 2nd year warranty anytime before the first year runs out.
