The link that doublemummy posted to the wine sales has a discount code for Tesco wine, £10 off when you spend £60, but this says it ends on 29th Feb or when 5,000 codes are used. If you are in a position to put an order in now, it would save a little more? It says you can only use the code once, but perhaps you could put in order and your OH also put one in?MFW 2016 #32 £1574.66/£1500:j:j0

Get it from M&S!! At the moment, they're on 50% off PLUS an extra 25% off for every two cases you order. PLUS go through quidco and get another 6%!! Just ordered mine
I don't drink myself, so don't know much about champagne, but this one has fantastic reviews, which helped! And the fact that it's usually £30 a pop..

Yesterday, it was only 10% extra if you buy two. Thank god I waited for today.

Hi there! I'm having the same drinks dilemma and posted on here a few weeks back about champagne and the Aldi 'Pimms'. Tried and tested that, and it def tastes the same, certainly once you've put some fruit, lemonade and mint in it will do! And it's £5 per bottle. It's the same size as the standard bottles of Pimm's you buy.
As for champagne, have a think about how important it is for you to have 'real' champagne.... I was dead set on this, but after some gentle persuasion on here, i've decided i'm going to go for the Aldi proscetto, which has excellent reviews and is much cheaper. Cava's the other option there. Most people won't notice/care anyway!
Thanks! How big is the standard size? 75cl?0 -
Hmm... Further down the main wine direct page it is still saying 10% off any 2 cases of champagne, but 25% off any 2 cases of wine and sparkling wine... You may have got lucky with a glitch there!MFW 2016 #32 £1574.66/£1500:j:j0

Yeah, I think so. There was a problem with the 10% yesterday (it only applied it once even if you ordered more than two cases) so I spoke to customer services this afternoon, and whilst I was speaking to them, I noticed the 25%..I said this wasn't showing up on my order, and commented that champagne is a type of wine, and she read me the terms and conditions stating that champagne wasn't included in the 25%..finished speaking with her and went back onto the website to find that the 25% was applied0
