I've stripped the kitchen in preperation for my s-i-l to decorate it at weekend.
Our kitchen is currently light brown (modern) cupboards with matt silver handles, we have a matt black work surface with bits of colour in it, i have silver accessories like toaster, kettle and sugar, tea and coffee set, i have a black matt microwave, and i want to put some colour into the kitchen now, Floor is a light tiled effect (like laminate) floor.
Hubby wants me to put a an anigliptor or super fresco type of paper, and paint the 1 main wall a bold colour with the others a lighter colour and put a few pictures up.
I want to do a feature wall, then the other walls, (there's not much left, like above cupboards, windows) plain like magnolia, to put a few pictures on, i want a wallpaper with a bit of colour in it, so i could add some coloured accessories.
I like this paper, as i thought the dark brown would go with the light brown cupboards, and then there would be a bit of colour.
but hubby says it's not a kitchen wall paper.
thoughts please.
