I have been stupid enough to take out a payday loan and I have learned my lesson well and truly so please no lectures, I just need advice. I actually feel ashamed, embarassed and dirty would be a good word to use too.
Now I owe £1130 on the due date but I only get paid £990. I could get the £1130 if I add my salary to the money my husband gives me for bills and then take out a smaller loan and reduce it that way each month.
They cant take the money as I changed bank accounts ( not to avoid them - it was for an unrelated reason ) but I want to know if I ask to pay back in reduced installments are they likely to accept / will the interest still get added and make the balance even bigger and will it show as a defualt on my credit file . The default is what I am trying to avoid the most.

They should accept a reduced payment plan, because they cannot get funds from your bank account.
But they may well issue a default on your credit file.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
