This is first post for comp so if anything is incorrect please let me know, did a search but couldn't find anything so hope this isn't a dupe, thanks :)

Terms & Conditions

THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK.

These terms and conditions apply to each competition whether the lock includes 4, 5 or 6 Barrels.

1. This competition is open to anyone worldwide aged at least 16 excluding employees, families, agents or anyone else of any party connected with this competition. No third party submissions, bulk submissions or submissions by agents will be accepted. Software Services UK reserves the right to verify the eligibility of submissions. Software Services UK may require such information as it considers reasonably acceptable for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of a submission and the prize may be withheld until and unless Software Services UK is satisfied with the verification.

2. Only one submission account is permitted per email address or Facebook account. A maximum of 10 (ten) submissions are permitted per hour per account. On occasions determined by us we may increase or decrease the maximum submissions per hour limit without warning for all or individual accounts. Submissions not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid and may be cancelled.

3. To play, visit crack the code website or FB and follow the instructions to create an account so submissions can be entered.

4. The competition runs until every permutation has been submitted. Every new submission shall be removed from remaining permutations when it has not been previously submitted until no permutations remain.

5. Any instructions displayed at Crack the Code website form part of these terms and conditions.

6. Submissions via other direct or indirect services, platforms and medias may be made available by Software Services UK. In such cases any instructions displayed at Crack the Code Website for part of these terms and conditions. These may include but is not limited to; FaceBook, Twitter and mobile telephone applications.

7. The winner shall be the email account holder or Facebook account holder associated with the account that submits the last remaining permutation. The winner will be notified via the email address or Facebook account associated with their account within reasonable time after the competition finishes. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if the winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period (28 days) or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period (28 days), the prize shall be deemed unclaimed or unaccepted and the prize may be awarded to a supplementary winner at Software Services UK discretion.

8. Software Services UK will not be responsible for any inability of a prize winner to receive the prize.

9. The preffered method of prize payment shall be via Bank Transfer into the the bank account nominated by the winner. Payments may be made by Cheque, however any charges incurred in raising the cheque will be subtracted from the prize. The prize shall be paid in US Dollars, GB Sterling or Euros as requested by the winner. The prize will be reduced by the cost of bank costs incurred in the conversion from GB Sterling to US Dollars or Euros. Software Services UK will not be liable for any taxes, costs or payments incurred with receiving the prize.

10. Software Services UK accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, lost or delayed submissions. Submissions are only deemed accepted once the competition software has recorded them.

11. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this competition Software Services UK reserves the right to end or suspend the competition; amend these terms and conditions; declare void the notification of winner.

12. If any provision in these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, order or regulation of any government, or by final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

13. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this competition and it is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.

14. The names of prize winners may be obtained by sending a handwritten request along with a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to Software Services UK, Unit 8, Acacias Court, Brocket Road, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 8PF United Kingdom and marked with the competition name.

15. Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this prize competition. Software Service UK reserves the right to exchange information and data regarding your account, submissions with third parties and service providers.

16. Software Services UK decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. Software Services UK reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the competition and/or review these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in this competition subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions shall be deemed as your agreement to any such new or amended terms.

18. This competition is governed by English Law and is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

19. The promoter of this competition is Software Services UK Limited, Unit 8, Acacias Court, Brocket Road, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire, EN11 8PF, United Kingdom.
