Hi,
I recieved this email yesterday re a loan I have with Speed Credit (Tooth fairy finance);
This is a reminder that you committed to pay back your Speed Credit Loan** debt.
This debt is now very overdue. We have allowed you to extend the loan as a goodwill gesture.
As part of settling this debt you are committed to paying GBP 301 by 23.02.2012.
In accordance wih the Standard Terms and Conditions you agreed to, we will be automatically taking payment tomorrow as agreed. Please ensure the amount of GBP 301 is available by midnight tonight.
If there are insufficient funds in the account the payment might fail and all charges will IMMEDIATELY become due, ALL back dated interest, penalty fees will be charged.
Recovery Agents will be sent to all addresses we have on file for you in order to obtain payment. Should this also prove unsuccessful we will be liaising wit h solicitors who will obtain a County Court Judgement against you. Once this is secured we will return with a Warrant of Execution from the County Court and certified Court Bailiffs to seize goods at 9 times the value of what you owe.
IT IS ESSENTIAL you HONOUR this agreement
If you have any questions regarding this, or willbe unable to pay contact customer services NOW.
Yours sincerely,

Now for starters this loan is not overdue on there website it states that you can have the loan for 28 days which is up until tomorrow 23rd which is when I am due to pay it back. I am now concerned that they have used a debt collection agency and how this will look on my credit file. I replied back and said;
As previously discussed this money will be available tomorrow! I don’t understand why a debt collection agency has been involved when it clearly states on your website that the loan can be extended up to 28 days without an issue. My loan will be 28 days tomorrow so is not as you put VERY OVERDUE.
I don’t appreciate receiving threatening emails regarding this when there is no issue. I would appreciate it if you would not contact me again regarding this matter unless there is due cause which at present there is not.
Also you state that if the funds are not available at midnight you will add on all the charges however that is incorrect and the loan will still only be 28 days so I therefore have up till 11:59 tomorrow evening to pay so please don’t threaten me with that!
I want to make a complaint about this and wondered if anyone can advise on how to proceed, totally disgusting behaviour. I have also had threatening texts. In there terms and conditions when i signed the loan it says 'Please note: IF you need to EXTEND this loan to 4 weeks you do not need to contact us'
Also another thing I have just noticed is that in there terms and conditions it has the wrong email address '15.16 If you want to make a complaint about Speed Credit you can email support@speedcredit.co.uk, with brief details of your complaint and your account number. Our Customer Service staff will acknowledge your complaint by email within 1 business day.' This support email address is all in the T&CS however this address bounces back and there email address is actually info@speedcredit.co.uk. Does this have any impact on the loan itself?
Really sorry for the really long post but just wanted to get all the details in.
Thanks for your help

You are obviously dealing with a Mickey Mouse company. "Tooth Fairy Finance" should have been a warning to you! Complain by all means, if you feel strongly enough you can take it all the way through to the F.S.O. if you don't get an apology. I would charge them a £30 Administration Fee for having to deal with their unjustified mail which is in breach of their contract.
Other than that you sound like someone not to be messed with, give them hell.0
