Mastervolt sunmaster xs5000 inverter

Hi,
I've just had my pv solar system installed and have a Mastervolt Sunmaster xs5000 inverter, I’ve a few questions:
1, Has anyone got any opinions on Mastervolt, I've only done my research on Sunny boy and Fronus....
2, Can i extend the warranty to 20 years, and what will it costs?
3, Can i use the RS485 ports to download my data, do i need some software to do this?

Any help will really be appreciated.... thanks in advance.
