Probably not - assuming you have never given them that address for correspondance - do the letters include details of your debts? or are they 'trying to trace' letters?
This would be against the OFT debt collection guidance - clauses 3.7 p and q probably. UPDATED OFT Guidance on Debt Collection - READ IF YOU ARE BEING HASSLED UNFAIRLYA smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Thank you Tixy, i think they are tryiing to trace letters asking if it is me to call them otherwise if i am not then asking my Company to call them. I really dont want them contacting or sending letters to my work and no i haven't given them this address for contact. No details of the debt etc. I will have a look at the links you have given. thanks again.0

Have you not received letters at your home address (i.e do they even know where you live?)0

I have received letters at home which is why i cant understand getting them at work. I dont want to do anything about it as it was something in my name but taken out by an ex partner so i am just ignoring them.0
