I got an email from TBS today but it had a completely different content!

The first shop assistant claimed to know nothing about the free LYB card, the second one said I had to spend £25 to get it! Then I said I would call Customer services at which point she got the Manager who produced my new FREE RENEWAL - yay!! No spend required. :T They also seemed to have extra items on the 50% off instore, such as the Almond hand cream.

Wonder if both the offers would work together, I'll await you canny MSNers to find the glitches!! (-: I have a drawer full of TBS stuff but can't resist a real bargain!

WOW! Wish i got the offer for a free choco showergel and new card. Must not be a loyal enough customer:(

Has anyone else tried this in store? does it also work for customer who didnt get the email?

If you look at the image above, it is about half way down the main black square image in capital letters within the white strip (it's quite small).

Can be used on anything online (including gift sets) and instore (take a copy of the email) until 26th Feb (stores) & 27th Feb online.

I've just placed an order for £25, which includes 3for2 on skin care and up to 50% off Mango products - for some reason it's given me 3 free bottles of the chocomania shower gel! I hope it smells nice or that's some early Christmas presents out of the way :rotfl:

I didn't get that email. Seems a bit random which offers you get? Mind you, I recently counted my shower gels and I have 24 :eek: so I passed on the free chocomania offer too.;)
