MyVoice surveys

Message from MyVoice survey website
SOME OF YOU MAY HAVE EXPERIENCED DELAYS IN RECEIVING VOUCHERS YOU HAVE REDEEMED. PLEASE LET ME ASSURE YOU THAT WE ARE TAKING STEPS TO RETURN TO OUR PREVIOUS LEVEL OF SERVICE. WE USE THE SERVICES OF A VOUCHER REDEMPTION AGENCY TO FULFIL ORDERS YOU PLACE, AND FOR 8 YEARS HAVE ENJOYED A HIGH LEVEL OF SATISFACTION WITH THEIR DELIVERY. HOWEVER, OVER THE PAST 2 MONTHS, THEIR PERFORMANCE HAS DETERIORATED TO THE POINT WHERE I HAVE ENGAGED THE SERVICES OF A NEW AGENCY. IT WILL TAKE US A SHORT TIME TO SYNCHRONISE OUR SYSTEM WITH THEIRS, BUT WE WILL DO THIS AS SOON AS WE CAN. IN THE MEANTIME, PLEASE ACCEPT MY PERSONAL APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.

    Update to this ..

MyVoice users, please log on to the website and click on "Take A Survey" and look for the one called Participation in survey Important Survey for MyVoice

Basically MyVoice aren't happy with the voucher services that they have been using as it is taking us users too long to receive the vouchers and they (MyVoice) have tried a couple of different voucher agencies with the same results

MyVoice are considering going from 42 different vouchers to just a single reward of Amazon vouchers so please take the quick survey. Survey is worth 5 points as well.

I also emailed them asking them to send the survey invite out to all members and request that they consider paypal and bacs as options as well.

    Hi

Did mine this morning. I prefer to have a choice of vouchers.

This reminded me to check the myvoice website - I've been a member for longer than I can remember (probably about 12 years though) and I've just realised that I have enough points for my first voucher :D

But although I can log in to the first page, as soon as I try to move to a different page on the myvoice website, it logs me out again. Am I doing something wrong? (I'm perfectly happy with Amazon vouchers if I can only get hold of them!)

Did it take you 12 years to earn a first voucher from them?

They had TK maxx vouchers when I joined but they are not doing them anymore. It is unfortunate that no survey company rewards you with tk maxx vouchers...

I much prefer a choice of vouchers. It often takes time to get paid by survey sites and it's no problem if you have to wait a while to get the reward you want.

I did it a few days ago and also followed it up with an email saying I preferred vouchers because I like to save them for prezzies but had they thought about paypal as well or asking members what other survey sites we use that we have no issues cashing out vouchers with maybe the sites would let us know what company they use to help myvoice out.

I do not do amazon so I would dip out if they moved to Amazon :-( Would probs get to cash out and then go though as I have decent points in there lol. Y does nowhere do Ebay ones? x

Yes, something like that - although maybe it was only 10 years because I hadn't got round to checking until just now. When I joined the site was different, but it went quiet for a while then got taken over by the current owners.

Prefer a choice of vouchers! But cash would be even better??
 2014: £20 voucher from SurveyFriends, £10 cash payout from Panel Opinion too and working towards more from Valued Opinions currently.
2013: £35 and £50 vouchers from SurveyFriends! More than £15 made from other paid surveys sites (Yougov, Panel Opinion, Valued Opinions, Pinecone, etc.) Happy so far!
