Is this right ( appt with advisor on WP)

When I see my advisor she often has to book other people in quickly while she is talking to me. They come over to where we are and she brings all their personal details up on the screen and books them a time.
While i was sat there i could see the details on the screen of the person she was making an appt for. This dosent seem quite right there is no privacy.
Anyone else thinks its wrong? If it was me I wouldnt want the person currently having an appt to see my name and date of birth etc.

W2W providers are not too hot on privacy i'm afraid. Some will be better or rather less worse than others. Their phones for example are not sheilded so calls are easily overheard.0
