Soo excited to hear this news as have been asking C&G for this information on line for ages. However, bad news for me as only available to mortgage customers who signed for their mortgage in branch - mine was done through a broker and centrally. Still I live in hope this facility will be available to all customers soon.0

Sorry for dragging up an old thread.
My C&G mortgage was applied for through a broker so I wasn't expecting to see my mortgage online through my Lloyds account.
However, a few months ago I was suprised to see that it had been added to my Lloyds online account.
Unfortunately this only lasted for a few weeks and has since disappeared
Anyone else still experiencing problems?0 -
Do I need to have a current account with Llyods to enable me to check my mortgage online?0

I'm just dragging this thread kicking and screaming back to life.
I have/had a C&G mortgage which I have had a letter saying it has moved to Lloyds.
I have set up online banking with Lloyds but still cannot see my mortgage account.
Any ideas?I enjoy a pint of beer each night for it's health benefits. The other pints are for my witty comebacks and flawless dance moves.0 -
i just spent an hour or more on the phone to Lloyds trying to view my C and G mortgage online after regerstering with Lloyds.
I was eventually told I couldn't and maybe sometime in the future.
They did say it may be possible to register with C and G online but from what I can see you can't do that either. Back to the phone I'm afraid.0
