Pay Reviews - Inline with Inflation

Not sure where to post this so apologise first.
Its pay review time again, in previous years its been 'inline with inflation 2-3 %'
However where do I find what current level is?
Dont know what i'm looking for is it Headline, Under lying, or something to do with Price Index
Roughly know mortgages now 5.25%? but this is Bank of England Base Rate.
Which isnt inflation?

Best measure of inflation is probably the Retail Prices Index (RPI) which is currently 4.2%.
In reality, each person faces their own, individual, rate of inflation as their consumption patterns vary. For example, if you're a non-smoker and cigarettes go up in price, that will increase the RPI but doesn't affect you.0 -
